Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Gregory Machinery, here is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery policy.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the online order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there is no stock of item ordered, we will contact you to discuss if you would like to wait for the item to be in stock or cancel your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Harvey Machinery free shipping: We offer free shipping to your closest TNT depot for deliveries to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Canberra and South Australia. Pick-up and transport from the depot is your responsibility. This does not include orders for accessories or parts.

Harvey Machinery flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to your closest TNT depot for deliveries to Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.  Pick-up and transport from the depot is your responsibility. This does not include orders for accessories or parts.

Machinery shipping: Depending on the weights and the delivery address, shipping costs and methods will be discussed after the purchase request has been submitted. Click on “Contact me to discuss Shipping Costs and Methods” at check out.

Local delivery

Local delivery with Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast can be arranged, and the cost will be determined based on the machinery.  Deliveries are made from 7am to 5pm on Monday – Friday, depending on availability and other jobs.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Gregory Machinery at 807 Boundary Road, Richlands, Brisbane. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days, pending stock.

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm on Monday – Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping to some international countries can be arranged from Gregory Machinery in Australia. At the checkout click “Contact me to discuss Shipping Costs and Methods” or contact us at info@gregmach.com before making the purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dispatch@gregmach.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The machinery, part or accessory needs to be returned to Gregory Machinery at your expense. Once received in the warehouse the refund will be processes.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dispatch@gregmach.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
